How to use these plans
Each week is a complete sixty-minute session: a free-play warm-up, a core activity with easier and harder versions so every player is stretched, and a real game to finish. Read the week before you get to the field, print the PDF and take it with you.
You do not need a soccer background to run these. Every activity lists what to set up, what to say, and the questions to ask the players.
